I’m Claire Booth and I started Virtual Secretarial Services in 1995 with one client, a Solicitor whom I had previously worked for. I carried out all her administration and typing, including legal documents such as Affidavits, Briefs and Particulars of Claims. The business built up quickly and I spent alot of time typing transcriptions for a London based agency thereby learning the art of ‘transcribing’.

I quickly formed a small and dedicated team of typists and have now built an extensive portfolio of clients including; Cost Draftsmen, Solicitors, Barristers and Doctors. We have also since been working for many small and medium sized companies. We answer the phones, type up invoices, generate databases, handle their general day to day typing as well as a large amount of transcriptions from research interviews, focus groups and conferences.
